Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH, Dorfstraße 46, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, shop@skiclubarlberg.at, +43 5446 2796) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Delivery
Unless otherwise specified/agreed with regard to the goods ordered, the goods shall be delivered without undue delay, but no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. All goods shall only be shipped after receipt of the full invoice amount.

Prices, payment, retention of title
The prices stated on the product pages are all in euros, including Austrian statutory value added tax (VAT), but excluding shipping costs and other charges and expenses. Before completing the order, the user will receive an overview of the total price including all ancillary services. Shipping costs, any bank charges and customs duties shall be borne by the user.

The shipping costs to be paid by the user are listed in the shipping costs table available online and are displayed before the order process is completed. No shipping costs will be charged for orders with a minimum value of €200 (including VAT). If the total price to be paid by the user falls below this threshold due to a cancellation (see point 4), the regular shipping costs will be charged and these may be retained by Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH in the course of refunding the corresponding part of the payment (offset) or claimed retrospectively.

Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH retains ownership of the goods until the total price has been paid in full. In the event of (even partial) default in payment, Ski-Club Arlberg GmbH is entitled to collect the goods.
